Nashville Hot Turkey Meatballs
1 pound of ground turkey meat
1 egg
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
½ cup of bread crumbs
1 table spoon of minced garlic
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tbsp of butter
Set your smoker (or oven) to 375 degrees Fahrenheit with your wood of choice. Combine all ingredients except for Nashville Hot Spice Mustard in a medium mixing bowl. Add only 1 tablespoon of Nashville Hot Spice Mustard. Mix until well blended. Form balls the size of your palm with your turkey meat mixture. In a saucepan add 1 tablespoon of butter and the rest of the jar of Nashville Hot Spice Mustard, mix until well blended. Place you turkey balls on your smoker (or oven) and cook until an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Dip the Turkey Meatballs in the Butter/Hot Mustard mixture and place back on your smoker (or oven) for about 2 minutes. Place a skewer stick in the meatball, take a bite and enjoy!
