Peach Caprese Salad
2 ripe peaches, sliced
8 oz of fresh mozzarella sliced
2 heirloom tomatos, sliced
12 fresh basil leaves
Joe and Son's Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
Joe and Son's Basil Olive Oil
Salt and fresh cracked pepper pepper to taste
Arrange sliced of heirloom tomatoes, peaches, basil then mozzarella on a platter. Continue in that order for a beautiful presentation. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of Basil Olive Oil and 2 tablespoon Peach White Balsamic Vinegar. Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper and serve!
