Wildflower honey infused with grade A Madagascar vanilla beans.  We infuse whole vanilla beans into our honey in a large 55 gallon barrel.  We let the vanilla hang out for an extended time naturally releasing its wonderful flavor into the honey.  No extracts or additives, just 100% honey and vanilla beans!
 
Taste: Light sweet honey with subtle vanilla flavor.  
 
Pairings and Uses: Makes an excellent glaze on deserts or berries. Nice sweetener for coffee and tea as well.
