Sweet, Fresh, Light, fruity goat milk cheddar.  As the raw cheddar cheese ages it becomes rich, nutty and increasingly complex with a creamy body.

Use & Pairing Suggestions


Slice, shred, cube.  This complex cheddar can be used in place of any traditional cheddar.  It is great as an ingredient, but with enough legs to stand alone on any artisan cheese board.

Beer: Ciders & Fruit Beers, Bock, Stout, Pale Ale


Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
