Our Ultra Premium White Balsamic Vinegar is the highest quality white balsamic condimento grade in the world. The grapes are entirely hand-picked by experienced workers who select only the sweetest clusters and left to dry in the sun for up to 15 days. This very old artisian method is an exclusive family practice of oour balsamic maker. During the drying, the natural sugar, flavor and body is enhanced.  The cooked must (grape juice) is placed into white oak barrels for maturation and aging yielding an amazing 1.28 density and 4% acidity. Free from added sugars or thickening agents.
