You will need: 1 (12oz) beer at room temperature, 2 tablespoons olive oil*, 9x5 loaf pan. We recommend Garlic, Fernleaf Dill, Herbs de Provence, Rosemary, Tuscan Herb, or Vegan Butter Infused Olive Oil.
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°; lightly grease loaf pan. Pour mix into bowl and add 1 (12oz) beer at room temperature. Mix until batter forms. Don’t over mix. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and top with 2 tablespoons of olive oil of your choice. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Great served warm, sliced or cubed and used for dipping!
