You will need 1/2 cup olive oil*, 2 large eggs a 1 teaspoon vanilla. *We recommend Blood Orange, Chipotle or a Mild Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°, and lightly grease pan. In a large bowl, whisk egg and olive oil together and mix well. Add vanilla extract. Add olive oil brownie baking mix and combine by hand. Press into 8x8 pan and bake in preheated oven for about 30-32 minutes. Remove from oven; loosen sides with knife while warm. Cool completely in pan. These squares, while cooling, will become the moist, dense, and intensely flavorful squares you will love. Makes 16 large squares, or 32 small bites.
