Squid-ink black Spaghetti with capers and paprika - 250g /8.8oz, 3 servings


Refined "Spaghetti neri" (made with squid-ink and durum wheat semolina) meet in this recipe the perfect seasoning to a tasty and unique dish. This is a gourmet Italian recipe you can serve as is or with deepfried fish fillets.


Preparation: bring 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook  until most of the water has absorbed. 


Useful tips: add 4 anchovies fillets during cooking and serve with fried bread crumbles.


Wine: Sovana Rosso Superiore DOC or  medium bodied red wine.
