We've teamed up with Chef Kevin at Grassroots Catering to bring you an amazing, local 4-course dinner in our tasting room to celebrate the new harvest of olive oils. This pop-up dinner will feature a cuisine from all of the Northern Hemisphere regions in which our olive oils come from this far in the season--California, Spain, Portugal and Sicily. Foods from these regions feature an eclectic variety of delectable menu items perfectly suited for foodies and culinary newcomers alike. If you're looking for a truly unique dining experience in Tampa Bay it's hard to think of a better option.

Featuring Chef Kevin Maggard from Grassroots Catering. Chef Kevin is a classically trained chef with experience in many cuisines. He has worked with some of Tampa's greatest chefs where he has learned how to handle ingredients in a way that ensures a superior product. His knowledge in cohesive pairings and attention to detail in presentation is unique among others.
