Food, conversation, and lots of fun! Recreate the magic of dining al fresco in Italy right in your own kitchen. In this fun, class, you will learn new ideas for using seasonal summer favorites. We’ll walk you through the steps for making a classic marinated cheese appetizer, a traditional Sicilian shaved fennel salad along with roasted Mediterranean shrimp. Plus, we’ll add a little dolce to the evening by creating one of Italy’s most popular deserts into an amazing Espresso Balsamic Tiramisu.
